Michigan Paranormal Convention

The Michigan Paranormal Convention is held annually in Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan, and brings some of the biggest names in the paranormal industry to a convention hall to meet their fans for three days. Considering the two main audiences: skeptics and believers, my goal was to elevate the tone of the Paranormal Convention to something a little more serious. Not only does this appeal to the believers, who already take the subject matter very seriously, it appeals to the skeptics, who can no longer write off the convention as something silly and poorly put together. Keeping that in mind, I also considered main themes while designing and animating, primarily trying to create the sense of just barely seeing something or seeing something in your peripheral vision through motion.
